At Trail Hub, located in the Greater Toronto Area, we are committed to ensuring that our services and experiences are accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. Our Accessibility Policy outlines our approach to providing accessible services to all guests, in line with our values of inclusivity, respect, and equality.
Our Commitment
We strive to:
- Ensure that our facilities, trails, events, and services are accessible to individuals with various types of disabilities.
- Continuously improve accessibility to our website and digital platforms to comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Facilities and Services
- Physical Accessibility: We are dedicated to continually enhancing the physical accessibility of our premises. This includes accessible parking, restrooms, and seating areas.
- Assistive Devices and Support: Guests are welcome to use personal assistive devices.
- Service Animals and Support Persons: Guests with disabilities are welcome to bring service animals and support persons. Please inform us in advance if accommodations for service animals or support persons are required.

Training
Trail Hub provides training to employees on accessibility laws and on how to provide better support to individuals with disabilities. This training includes:
- An overview of accessibility laws and requirements.
- How to interact and communicate with people with various types of disabilities.
- How to use equipment or devices available at our facility or provided by the guest.
- What to do if a person with a disability is having difficulty accessing our services.
