Career Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations. You will ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience during events and daily restaurant service. This role is crucial in managing our team to maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training, and general management of upwards of 10 direct reports.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Train new hires on Trail Hub’s service standards, menu offerings, and POS system.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure all staff deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Trail Hub’s standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a guest-first approach.
- Operations Management:
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Monitor and manage inventory of front-of-house supplies and equipment.
- Implement policies and protocols that enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Jordan Richardson, Head Chef, and the culinary team to ensure smooth execution of events and restaurant service.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the back-of-house team to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a front-of-house management role, preferably in a restaurant or event setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software, POS systems, and reservation platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
