I can’t say enough about your incredible staff and how warm and accommodating they were. Tara, your event coordinator, was so wonderful to work with! I’ve done a lot of ceremonies, at many different, high profile venues. And unfortunately, high profile doesn’t necessarily translate into exceptional experiences for the bride and groom. Tara brought such an extraordinary, warm, calming, professional and personal touch to both the rehearsal and actual ceremony. The entire wedding party felt so at ease through every step because of her amazing attention to detail and genuine support.

Yes, Dogs are welcome to attend your ceremony and may stay for photos immediately after the ceremony. They must arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your ceremony and they must leave the venue 30 minutes after the ceremony.  Dogs are not permitted in the venue while food is present. Dogs are also not permitted in the bridal suite or venue bathrooms / bathroom hallway.  Dogs must have a handler who is NOT in the wedding party and must be leashed at all times.

Food & Beverage

We do not allow any outside food or beverage. Cakes or cupcakes from a 3rd party vendor are allowed.

 Yes, after you book, we will schedule a 90 minute tasting included for the couple only.

No, but you can also make reservations at our restaurant, The Nest, if you want to experience our Culinary team’s expertise!

Our venue does not offer unlimited shots.

Only 1 round of shots (1 ounce per guests) are allowed to be served for up to 1 hour, to begin after dinner.

1 round of shots are included in the open bar.

*Shots can be further be discussed during your planning meeting

Submit Your Signed Contract and $2500 Retainer Payment to Secure Your Date

We offer Monthly Payments: $2,500

Damage Deposit: $1,000 due 31 days prior (refunded after the event)

Final Balance: Due 30 days prior

Payment Platform: All payments processed through Releventful

Bank Transfer = 0% fee

Credit Card = 1% fee

Online Bank Transfer (no fee), Online Credit Card (1% fee) or Check Drop Off during restaurant hours (no fee).

Yes up until 30 days prior to the wedding.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of Force Majeure (Act of God), then only the reservation fee is kept and the other payments are returned.

Coordinator & Vendors:

You may want to hire a Florist, Baker, Photographer, DJ or Band, etc.. Anyone who is providing a service at the wedding must have a COI. If you choose to DIY, there are limitations to discuss with our managers and you must provide a COI.
