I can’t say enough about your incredible staff and how warm and accommodating they were. Tara, your event coordinator, was so wonderful to work with! I’ve done a lot of ceremonies, at many different, high profile venues. And unfortunately, high profile doesn’t necessarily translate into exceptional experiences for the bride and groom. Tara brought such an extraordinary, warm, calming, professional and personal touch to both the rehearsal and actual ceremony. The entire wedding party felt so at ease through every step because of her amazing attention to detail and genuine support.
This was my first experience at Trail Hub, but since then, any time I talk to a couple about possible venues, Trail Hub is always a venue I suggest they check out. Congratulations on creating such a beautiful setting for couples to celebrate the next wonderful chapter in their lives together !!!

“We just got married at the Trail Hub last week and WOW it was spectacular. My then fiancé and I just loved the venue from the moment we saw it, and knew it fit our Christmas in July theme perfectly.
The on-site wedding coordinator, was so helpful from our first prospective meeting right up until the end of our wedding night. She was available regularly to answer our questions and took the time to get to know us. During our wedding, she was checking in with us, bringing us sparkling wine and napkins, and keeping us on track. It was so comforting to have someone keeping everything else in check. She also did an incredible job of decorating the venue. Finally, she was so pleasant to work with and very accommodating!
As well, the chef prepared 3 delicious food stations and many tasty desserts for us, even incorporating our Christmas theme. The staff was so friendly and engaging, and quick to get us anything we needed. The wedding guests were so impressed with the staff.”
